Learning Map
Learning Maps have become one of my favorite things to do. Not only do I enjoy illustrating them, but I also appreciate the opportunity they provide to learn about a company. Typically utilized in employee training sessions, I find it immensely gratifying to incorporate the distinctive elements that set a company apart, turning the process into an engaging treasure hunt for participants.
This map specifically they chose to leave space for the employees to fill out areas they felt were important to include. They were also supplied with strength and opportunity stickers to add to the maps to find out where the company has room for improvement.
